Percepta Named Finalist in Three Categories in the 18th Annual Stevie Awards
This is the second year in a row that Percepta has been recognized by the prestigious awards organization.
ALLEN PARK, Mich., Mar. 6, 2024 — Percepta, the automotive industry’s leading provider of customer experience solutions, celebrates three wins, as finalists in the 18th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service were announced today.
The company is nominated in the categories of “Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year,” “Customer Service Employer of the Year,” and “Incentive, Rewards, or Recognition Provider of the Year.”

The awards resulted from more than 2,300 submissions from organizations of all sizes, across all industries. Finalists were then determined by the average scores of more than 200 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.
In 2023, Percepta was awarded a Gold Stevie for Incentive, Rewards, or Recognition Provider of the Year and a Bronze Stevie for Customer Service Employer of the Year.
